On the afternoon of January 19, the agriculture sector of Sichuan Youth Federation held the 2015 sector work conference. Wang Degen, Vice Chairman of Sichuan Youth Federation, President of Huaxi Hope Group, and Chairman of Dekon Group, attended the meeting. The Secretary General of the Provincial Youth Federation, part-time Deputy Secretary General, and more than 30 members of the agriculture sector attended the meeting.
The meeting conveyed the five-year plan and the work arrangement for 2015 of the Provincial Youth Federation. Ou Zhao, Director of the Agriculture Sector of the Provincial Youth Federation, introduced the work plan and five-year plan for the agriculture sector in 2015. The attending members had a heated discussion on the work arrangements of the Provincial Youth Federation and the agriculture sector in 2015, with a focus on how to implement activities such as the "Youth Federation Lecture Hall", "Matching Support for Tibetan Counties", and "Assisting and Caring for Left behind Children and Poor Families" in 2015, and made enthusiastic speeches and suggestions. After the discussion, Ou Zhao made a summary and requested that the members of the agriculture sector of the Provincial Youth Federation must focus on their respective responsibilities and functions, fully leverage their own advantages, focus on the center, and serve agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. He emphasized that the members of the agriculture sector should start again under the "new normal" and achieve "discipline, rules, characteristics, and results". The work of the sector should not be limited to quantity, but rather to demonstration and promotion. They should create a brand, and put in great effort to achieve practical results.
Finally, Wang Degen proposed and hoped the members of the Youth Federation in the agriculture sector further fully leverage the vitality of the sector, make good use of its characteristics and resources, and better play the role of organizational guidance; serve the youth and the Youth Federation, and strive to make the Youth Federation activities a brand; and members of the Youth Federation should be full of positive energy, social responsibility and sense of responsibility, eliminate utilitarian thinking, and actively contribute to the Youth Federation.
