The “Village Run”, themed by “running towards harmonious and beautiful village, and running for a happy life”, is a sports event organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the General Administration of Sport to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and exhibit the achievements of living environment improvement, and healthy village, harmonious and beautiful village construction. “Village Run” is a marathon feast that goes deep into the countryside, which ignites the passion of more people to participate in cultural and sports activities, and creates a new blueprint for rural revitalization.

Dekon takes the pig farming as the upstream main industry, practices the concept of green development, and unites and leads farmers to get rich and increase income while creating high-quality food.

At the opening ceremony on the evening of the 18^th day, more than 800 drones formed a Dekon Pig Performance Square, blossoming over the first bay of the Yangtze River in Nanxi, Yibin.

The “Dekon 100-Person Running Team”, composed of employees from various regional companies and cooperative family farmers, measured the beautiful scenery of rural transformation with their steps together with more than 3,000 runners.

As a participant and practitioner of rural revitalization, every runner of Dekon Running Team waters the earth with sweat and has the will to pursue dreams. In this activity, they ran a little further, and delivered a common answer of health, happiness, vitality, confidence, self-discipline, self-realization, and self-breakthrough.

The prizes of this “Village Run” are also very abundant, and have strong rural characteristics: big goose and two baskets of gifts, all of which are local specialties. The competitors shouted: “I can’t carry them!”!
