Bayin Chaolu walked into the modern pig house under construction in Songyuan Dekon to gain a detailed understanding of the breeding scale and mode of the enterprise. He encouraged enterprises to further extend the industrial chain, improve the product processing links, strengthen the production environment governance, and strive to build a world-class green ecological breeding base to play a leading and demonstration role in the development of modern agriculture in Jilin Province. He pointed out that animal husbandry is an important way to increase farmers’ income and an important force to develop modern agriculture, and that it is necessary to actively guide farmers to change the production and operation mode of animal husbandry, and accelerate the development pace of modern animal husbandry.
Wang Degen stated that Jilin Province is an important commodity grain base in China, with abundant agricultural resources, good ecological environment, strong industrial foundation and obvious development potential advantages. Dekon Group will give full play to its industrial advantages, adhere to EU safe food standards, and achieve safe food traceability, ecological protection and modern circular agriculture through the development model of Dekon’s new family farm of “combination of planting, breeding and processing, and closed operation”, and produce high-end safe food to increase farmers’ income and speed up the supply side reform.
Bayin Chaolu appreciated this very much and encouraged enterprises to persevere along this path to drive more farmers to get rich. He also hoped that the governments at all levels and leading enterprises could further innovate the development concept and mechanism of modern agriculture, and solve major issues such as structural adjustment of agriculture and supply-side structural reform with practical actions.
