The Huangban 5000-head Sow Manure Treatment Demonstration Base consists of a 1000t/a solid organic fertilizer production system, a 7,500t/a liquid fertilizer production system, a backup water treatment system (design scale: 300t/d) (standby), and a 2,000-mu traditional Chinese medicine planting base. After solid-liquid separation, the manure discharged from the breeding farm will be fermented into organic fertilizer. The liquid will be delivered to the liquid fertilizer workshop to produce liquid organic fertilizer. The organic fertilizer is used for planting authentic medicinal herbs. In addition, after the excess biogas slurry is subject to the water treatment and meets the discharge standards, it will be activated by aquatic animals and plants for irrigating the traditional Chinese medicine base. The whole process forms a complete ecological loop combining planting and breeding, creating a new ecological model for agriculture and animal husbandry.
Facing the most difficult environmental issue, Songtao Dekon Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Company expressed that any problem could be solved, and manure was not a problem. The key lies in three aspects, respectively source reduction, process harmless, and resource utilization at the end.
Strictly control the amount of wastewater generated at the source through separation of rain and sewage, drinking water and sewage, and useful water and sewage; feed sows with fermented and silage feed to increase their absorption, and reduce the amount of manure produced by sows, so as to achieve "source reduction".
The sewage undergoes two processes, coarse and fine separation. The feces are made into organic fertilizer, which is then processed into liquid fertilizer through anaerobic fermentation tanks or returned to the field after reaching discharge standards through a water treatment system. After passing through the exhaust gas cleaning system, the dust in the stink generated thereby will reduce by 70%, the ammonia content will reduce by 55%, and the stink amount will reduce by 55%, and the particles larger than 0.2 microns will be filtered; for medical waste, Dekon cooperates with qualified companies, who will regularly clean up the medical waste on site to achieve "process harmless".
At the end of manure treatment, in addition to increasing economic income through external sales such as base fertilizer, granular fertilizer, foliar fertilizer, and water flushing fertilizer, a 2000-mu Chinese herbal medicine planting base and comprehensive utilization of aquatic plants and biogas are utilized to achieve "resource utilization at the end".
